Hi. A friend of mine is a games designer and he always seems to be playing these amazing role playing games; ever quest two being one of them. They seem really neat but he says that they are very visual. Are there any accessible rpgs out there that work with jaws?

if your looking for MMO games, saddly there are none currently playable by blind folks. There was supposed to be one in development, but as most of the game projects people start they never get finished. I know the feeling. I'd personally love to delv in to city of heros.

And, man, I'd love ff being accessible. Or if they made an audio kingdom hearts! Or legend of zelda! Mouth watering....

So this pokemon game, is it with the orignal pokemon and characters? I think it went downhill when they started elaborating.

It's more like catching pokemon, training them and battling them to make them stronger. You can catch simple pokemon to legendary pokemon after you beat all of the gym leaders and elite four.

Yay for the Kingdom!!! I just started playing it recently and it's quite enjoyable, and accessible, for the most part. I'm told by another blind player that the chat pane doesn't work very well, but the rest of the game is pretty easy to navigate and play.

Hmm, thanks for all those suggestions. Here's one of mine. If you want an RPG that is totally accessible, try www.Elderages.com It's a game set in long ago times. It consists of battling and training warriors. Ranks for you and levels for your warriors make it fun. Besides, it's totally accessible. From the registration to the play! Enjoy.
